The ability to change quickly is great. We are able to say, all right, you don't like it like this? How about like that?

And you just change it right there, and then you can get live feedback, which if you have a custom coded portal, is way harder. My name is Natalie, I'm the Chief Operating Officer at Designity.

What we do is really bring together brands with a full stack creative team and a creative director. We do everything that a company needs from their website to their social media to branding.

We really wanted to have a one-stop shop for all our stakeholders to find things. Everything was in different links, and it was so hard to find the right link in an email.

So we wanted to have one very easy URL where you find everything that you need to collaborate and do your work. We guarantee our deadlines and want to make sure the client always understands when they can expect what.

We have really nice timelines that automatically build when a project is requested by a client. Those kind of timelines were not possible to build with the out-of-the-box system.

Clients go in, they request a project, and they click submit. Instantly this timeline is created using Airtable as a backend, but we show it through an iframe on Softr.

Then the creative director gets a notification, they log into their portals, they can see all the details of the client and all the details of this project. They also get the link to their interface to modify the timeline.

The whole user generation is automated, so we don't have to do this manually anymore. This manual process used to create a lot of lag in onboarding new clients and onboarding new creative directors.

That has been a really great benefit, and we were able to scale the company with that because we can now hire more people and manage them more efficiently. We always had thought we were going to need a huge team.

We thought we would need at least one or two developers, a product manager, an automation expert, and a UX designer before we could even get close to launching anything. That didn't materialize.

Softr constantly launches new features, listens to their users, and built a really cool tool that we can grow our company on.
