There are many product feedback management systems on the market, and most of them cost over 10K to implement. You might know Productboard, Airtable, or Cycle, which is an excellent product by the way.
What I would like to show you today is a way to actually build your own app to manage your customer feedback and have an AI layer on top of that to analyze it. Let's take a look at how it looks.
I am seeing all the feedback that I have received from my customers and I can very easily ask anything I want. For example, I can ask for the most common types of feedback and receive an AI answer based on everything I received.

If you want to spin up a system like this even faster, use the AI co-builder. You can simply prompt for a feedback management system, and it will build the pages and database schema for you.

I also have the list of all my customers and when I open their page, I can ask about any of their specific feedback. I can ask what would make them happier as a customer based on their history.
You can also check visual elements on the dashboard to see the types of feedback received. It is very easy to capture new feedback for a specific customer by setting a date and writing the entry.
For example, if I write that the dashboards are slow and save it, you will see that it automatically gets classified and summarized. This platform took two hours to build thanks to Softr.
Softr is a platform that allows you to build business apps without writing a single line of code. It makes it extremely easy and fast to push very reliable apps live.
In our case, we are using very simple blocks such as a form, a list or a grid, and some dashboards. This is all plugged into Softr as a data source.

While Softr integrates with many tools, Softr Databases is the native way to manage your data directly within the platform for the best performance and ease of use.

I have a simple database here with the users of the app, the customers we have logged for the company, and all the feedback assigned to those customers. I have mapped this data to blocks connected to the feedback table.
I decided to display fields such as the summary as a heading and configured a button that opens the feedback detail in a modal. This is another page I created that shows the full detail of a specific piece of feedback.
I have the same setup for customers where I show the detail of a customer and a filtered list below showing all the feedback they specifically provided. I also use the out-of-the-box feature from Softr called Ask AI.
In the Ask AI settings, I can configure the way the AI behaves, including the first message and the prompts it is based on. The AI reads through all the records to answer any question I have.
That is why it was able to answer questions about all the feedback generally or provide specific answers when filtered on a customer detail page. It answers based on that customer's feedback history.
On top of that, I built an automation in n8n that checks whenever feedback is created or updated. It uses an AI step to analyze the feedback, return a type and summary, and store it back into Softr.

You can also use native Softr Workflows to handle logic and automations directly. This keeps your business rules close to your design and reduces the need for external tools.

This means that whenever someone captures new feedback in the interface, it is automatically classified. The user does not need to manually input a category or a summary, as it is handled automatically.
For now, we have a simple app with three pages and about ten blocks, which was very easy to configure. You could go further and add features to automatically detect new potential product features from the feedback.
You could even write the development brief for those features automatically. When you release a feature, you could flag all the customers who requested it to close the loop and let them know.
This is the skeleton on which you can build an advanced product feedback management system. With these key features, you can do quite a lot and get started with better feedback intelligence.
By using Softr, this would likely cost below 100 dollars per month. You would have a quite advanced AI powered product feedback system for your company.

Whether you are building client portals or internal tools, Softr offers unlimited published apps on all plans, including the Free plan.
