The Vibe-Coding block in Softr just got a major upgrade. When connected to your data source, it is now capable of CRUD, so create, read, update, or delete records.
Now the Vibe-Coding block is able to act on your data. I have just added the Vibe-Coding block and described with natural language what I wanted this block to do and how it had to behave.
And for this to work with my data, I had to connect my data source in the source panel. Now we also see this new section in the Vibe-Coding block that lists all the actions that were configured.

To demonstrate a first block, we have here a list of tasks and finally we are able to select multiple records and, for example, bulk edit their status or delete these records.
Let's look at an even more advanced use case to have a better idea of what's possible now with the Vibe-Coding block. I have created here a block to bulk upload new tasks to the data source.
So I can simply drag and drop a CSV, and I can then match the columns of my CSV to the columns of the database. Once all are mapped, I'm ready to go ahead and continue.

And here again, I have an interface where I can decide which row to actually create as a record in my database, which ones to skip, but I can also bulk select some to create.
When I'm done, I just hit finish import and I can go ahead and import a new CSV. This is a very powerful way to handle project management tasks or data migrations.
I am super excited and definitely convinced that combining the reliability of a no-code infrastructure and the magic of vibe-coding is the best way to build scalable AI-enhanced business apps in 2026.
