Welcome everyone to our annual review meeting. I am excited to share the progress our team has made over the last several months. We have seen growth in almost every major department.
First, I want to discuss our customer service metrics. The average response time has decreased by twenty percent compared to last quarter. This validates all the hard work everyone put into the new ticketing system.

Next, our product team has launched three new feature updates. These features directly address the most common requests we received from our user base. Early feedback shows a significant increase in daily active users as a result.
Moving forward, we will prioritize international expansion in the upcoming year. We are establishing localized teams to better serve those new global markets. This will undoubtedly be an exciting new chapter for the entire company.
