1. Through the interview, we collect the needed information from all stakeholders, clarify, and identify the main objectives and all important parts.

2. We map out a structure and relational charts, and suggest tools, workflows, and automation (how to do it better).

3. You provide feedback, and together we agree upon the initial structure.

4. We make a System version #1, for testing, collecting feedback, and observing how stakeholders and users interact with the system.

5. Based on the feedback and data, we modify the System until the results are satisfactory.

6. We create a set of instructions (text and video) and conduct onboarding and training (if needed).

7. You receive a "real-life" tested future-proof system with a resilient and cost-effective structure.
