Notion CRM Automation System and Softr Client Portal

PROBLEM:
Manually tracking client leads, closures, and performance metrics weekly/monthly is time-consuming and prone to errors, hindering accurate reporting.

SOLUTION:
Developed a system that automates lead/closure tracking. Auto-creates monthly/weekly records for all active clients, links leads/closures to correct periods, aggregates data, and provides a Softr client portal for restricted performance viewing.

RESULTS:
Automated client performance reporting, reduced manual data attribution, improved data accuracy, and client dashboards with granular acess.
