THE CHALLENGE

Managing a distributed workforce across multiple clients, contracts, and countries creates significant operational and financial complexity.

Consultants may be assigned to several client contracts, individual contracts can have different validity periods, and financial information is often spread across project management tools, timesheets, invoices, and payroll records.

Without a centralized reporting system, management teams face several challenges:
