Print & Event Studio App

Print & Event Studio designs and produces event decor, signage and dye-sublimation printing. Their team ran everything from Monday.com, where several jobs were stacked inside a single lead, updates buried approvals, and nobody could see at a glance what was due or which days were already full.

We built an app around how the shop actually works:

One lead per request, one job per job number, each linked to its client, so nothing gets lost in a long thread.
A production pipeline that mirrors their real stages, from design and client approval through printing, fabrication and installation. Finishing a step hands the job to the next person, and jobs only move forward unless management overrides.
Capacity planning with daily limits per product, so a full day blocks new bookings unless a manager approves.
Mobile forms for site visits, events and dye-sub orders, with multi-photo upload that links straight to the job.
Role-based views for management, operations, account owners, graphics and production, plus management-only areas for risk, disputes and special projects.

The result is a single hub where the team sees today’s work, upcoming deadlines and bottlenecks without digging through updates.
