OrderX is a complete internal order management platform built using Softr and Softr Databases to simplify how teams manage products, customers, and orders in one connected system.
It enables admins to add and manage products, create and track orders, assign customers, and monitor every stage of the order lifecycle from creation to delivery through a centralized dashboard. Customers get their own login to browse products, place order requests, and track order progress in real time.
The system also supports detailed order item tracking, role-based data permissions, and conditional visibility such as automatically hiding the "Cancel Order" button once an order is delivered. Everything is presented in a clean and intuitive Softr interface with realistic product data and visuals.
