This portal provides every member of the team their unique look into their performance KPIs.

Metrics are broken down by: 60 days ago, 30 days ago, Last Month, This Month, YTD, and Last Year. When team members perform well, admin has the ability to add that team member to a 'trophy room' to recognize their achievements.

Leadership has a company-wide view of how all team members are performing, as well as how co-owners are performing. This dashboard becomes a daily-use tool to gather insight and encourage team members to drive more performance over time.
