I spent ten years in theatre and production management before moving to no-code in 2020. Production work taught me to look at the process behind the tool. When I build an app, I start with how your team actually operates day to day, then build the portal or system around that.

Most clients come to me when a spreadsheet has stopped scaling, an intake process is running on email, or an off-the-shelf tool doesn't fit how they work.

What I build:

• Portals. Client, member, applicant, and partner portals that give people self-service access instead of email threads and shared drives.
• Internal tools and dashboards. CRMs, metric and KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and operational trackers.
• Enrollment and application systems. Intake, review, and approval workflows for schools, training programs, and applicant pipelines.
• Financial and operations tooling. Payment reconciliation, billing, invoicing, scheduling, and client-facing financial trackers.
• Integrations and automation. Connecting Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, and REST APIs so data stays in sync without manual steps.

Recent projects include an enrollment system for a truck driving school, a non-profit applicant portal, a CPA client portal, an internal metrics dashboard for a mortgage team, a veterinary CRM, and a hospitality operations portal.
