Global Star Investor Policy Portal

Developed a custom investor portal for a life settlements investment company using Softr, Stripe, and Make.com integrations. The platform allows investors to securely log in and view detailed information about their policy investments, including policy ID, face value, ownership percentage, purchase amount, payment obligations, policy status, and premium schedules. Investors can track historical payments, upcoming premium due dates, reserve balances, and policy-related notifications through a centralized dashboard.

The solution included portfolio-level reporting for investors holding multiple policies, providing visibility into total invested capital, diversification across policies, and overall payment exposure. A document vault was implemented for secure access to purchase agreements, legal disclosures, premium schedules, and tax documentation.

The internal admin system enables staff to create policies, assign investors, manage payment frequencies, update premiums quarterly, upload policy updates, and automate invoice generation. Email-based notification workflows were implemented for premium due reminders, policy updates, and payment confirmations. ACH and Stripe payment integrations were configured to support recurring investor contributions and transaction tracking.

Special attention was given to privacy and compliance by avoiding sensitive personally identifiable information and limiting insured data visibility to approved fields only. The architecture was designed to support future enhancements such as IRR calculations, scenario modeling, life expectancy forecasting, and advanced investment analytics.
