This project involved designing and optimizing a scalable marketplace platform for connecting aspiring pilots with certified flight instructors and schools. Built using Softr and Airtable, the system integrates Stripe for subscription payments and automates key workflows such as onboarding, account activation, and transaction syncing. The platform includes a dynamic admin dashboard with insights into user activity, matches, and lead status, alongside automated daily reporting via email. Advanced features such as geo-based filtering, distance sliders, and unmatched lead tracking were implemented to enhance operational visibility. A major enhancement included customizable, shareable instructor profile pages designed as marketing assets to improve conversion rates. The system ensures seamless data synchronization, improved user experience, and operational efficiency for both administrators and providers.
