Built on Softr with Softr Database and n8n automations, it features a custom Vibe Coding order tracker with four switchable timeline views, including a Domino's-style progress bar, plus CSV export, reorder request triggers, and role-based access for customers, account managers, and admins.

EcoHub is a self-service customer portal built for EcoEnclose, a leading U.S.-based sustainable packaging company that serves brands like MVMT, Marine Layer, and Girlfriend Collective. The portal eliminates the constant back-and-forth emails between clients and account managers by putting order status, SKU catalogs, and inventory data directly in customers' hands.
The portal runs on Softr with Softr Database as the backend and n8n handling automated notifications and data workflows. Clients log in to a branded experience matching EcoEnclose's identity and navigate three core tabs: Open Orders, SKUs & Pricing, and Inventory for Store & Ship programs. Role-based access ensures customers only see their own company's data, while account managers get full cross-client visibility.
The standout feature is a custom-built order tracker developed with Vibe Coding. It visualizes production phases from Internal Proof through Swatching, Structural, Printer's Proof, Production, and Shipping with four switchable views: a segmented progress bar inspired by Domino's Pizza Tracker, a Gantt-style timeline, a vertical stepper, and horizontal phase cards. Each stage uses distinct visual states with shimmer animations on the active phase and glassmorphism on pending stages, giving clients an intuitive read on where every order stands.
The SKUs & Pricing tab pulls each client's complete catalog with material categories, recycled content percentages, certifications, and historical pricing with date range filters. Clients can export filtered views to CSV or trigger a reorder request that fires a pre-filled email to their account manager. No forms to fill, no calls to make. The Store & Ship tab adds inventory visibility with weeks-on-hand calculations and reorder forecast alerts for clients managing warehoused stock.
On the backend, n8n automations handle notification routing and data sync workflows, while Softr Database manages the full relational model across customers, contacts, orders, line items, SKUs, and inventory records. The result: account managers spend less time fielding status emails and more time on high-value client work.
