Delta Medical Group is a healthcare order management platform developed to manage medical product orders, fulfillment operations, shipment tracking, and inventory-related workflows in a centralized environment. The platform supports products including PainShield ultrasound therapy devices, refill kits, transducers, and related medical accessories.
The system automates operational processes by syncing incoming orders directly from QuickBooks using Make.com scenarios, significantly reducing manual data entry and improving order accuracy. Shipment and fulfillment updates are automatically received through ShipStation webhooks, allowing distributors and operational teams to track order progress and delivery statuses in real time.
Role-based permissions were implemented to support different operational teams. Distributors can monitor customer orders and fulfillment progress, Fulfillment teams manage shipment operations and delivery workflows, and Admins oversee users, integrations, orders, and overall platform configuration. The solution improved operational visibility, streamlined medical product fulfillment workflows, and enabled efficient order lifecycle management across the organization.
