Field technicians can browse available equipment, review its condition and current location, check assets out for work, update where they are being used, report damage, and return equipment for inspection.
Operations managers can review reported issues, track equipment awaiting inspection, start maintenance work, record inspection findings, reassign responsibility when needed, and close repairs with the final asset condition and resolution history documented.
The system brings asset records, assignments, locations, issue reports, maintenance jobs, and audit history into a single role-based workflow, helping teams maintain a clear record of who has an asset, where it is, what condition it is in, and what action is required next.
