I am recording this video to show you how you can build AI-powered business apps very fast with Softr. I am creating a new app from scratch and will remove all the blocks that I do not need.
When I am ready, I head over to the data tab and add a new base. Here, I will import the CSV that I have prepared for the occasion, which contains information about a data privacy policy.

While starting from scratch is great, the AI co-builder can build complete apps, pages, or even your initial database schema instantly from a single prompt.

Our table is ready with nine points of the data privacy policy. We can now go to the interface to create a first list block, mapping that block to the Softr Databases table we just created.
We will now design the block to show only the content we want. Then, I head over to the action tab to remove the add record function and replace it with Ask AI.

Using Softr Databases as your native data source ensures maximum performance and a seamless setup for features like Ask AI.

This Ask AI feature is native to Softr and enables any user of your app to query the data within your block. I will configure the welcome message and change the settings to allow the AI to use any fields from the database.
Even if we only show a few fields visually, some underlying fields are very helpful for the AI to reference. I will give a few instructions to our bot and set a tone of voice.
We are now ready to publish the app and log in as a user. Approximately three minutes after starting, the app is built and functional.
I simply imported documentation into the database to create an AI interface that already suggests questions. The AI assistant will answer based on the specific data located in the table.
It is very easy to implement AI-powered assistants within the business apps you build. Softr also provides ways of filtering data so users only access records they should be accessing.

If you are building specifically for internal teams, check out how easy it is to set up a company intranet with these AI capabilities.

The AI will follow these same visibility rules. It is now up to you to find all the use cases within your business where this would be useful.
