The n8n integration for Softr Databases is now live. Let me show you how it works.
Here we are in n8n where we have a trigger and an action set up for Softr Databases. Before we do this, we need to go to our instance and ensure we are on the latest update to access community nodes.
Once that is in place, we can go back to n8n and search for Softr in the nodes directory. Within Softr, we can install this node to access various actions.

Note from Softr: While external tools are powerful, you can also use Softr Workflows to create native logic and automations directly within your app without needing extra platforms.

The available actions include create record, delete record, get many records, get one record, and update record. You also have actions to create or delete an application user.
There are two different triggers for triggering on created or updated records. We can use a trigger that fires when a new record is created and send that data to an AI agent.
After the AI agent processes the data, we send it back to Softr to update the data. In this example, we have our Softr Databases set up in the interface.

Note from Softr: For manual data setup, the AI co-builder can instantly generate your database schema and initial Softr Databases structure based on a simple prompt.

We are triggering this integration to run when a new social post is created. We create a new social post, it goes into n8n, and it hits our n8n AI agent.
The system manipulates the data and sends it back to Softr Databases to update the record. That is the n8n integration with Softr Databases.
It is fully live and available for you to use. We can't wait to see all the things you are going to build with Softr Databases and n8n.
