Manual work is expensive. Broken workflows slow teams down, create mistakes, and quietly kill growth.
I help businesses turn chaos into clean, scalable systems using Airtable, Softr, automations, and agentic AI workflows powered by modern AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, and embedded AI assistants where they create real value.
I am a medical doctor by training, and I build software as both a craft and a passion. What started as a side business became a serious systems practice focused on solving one painful problem: too many businesses still run important operations through spreadsheets, DMs, copy paste work, and human memory.
That creates stress. It wastes time. It causes dropped leads, missed follow ups, messy onboarding, weak visibility, and systems that break the moment a team starts growing.
I build systems that fix that.
My work includes Airtable system design for operations, CRM, project tracking, compliance, and custom workflows, Softr portals and internal apps for clients, teams, applicants, and multi step business processes, agentic AI workflow design using embedded AI tools to support intake, routing, summaries, decision support, and repetitive tasks, and custom automations that reduce manual work and make teams faster, cleaner, and more reliable.
I am especially useful when your business feels like this: your team is buried in admin, your operations live in scattered spreadsheets, your onboarding is messy, your data is hard to trust, your software does not talk to itself, and growth is creating more friction instead of more freedom.
I work across healthcare, education, operations, franchise systems, service businesses, and creative projects. I also run and build businesses myself, including Thyme Machine, alongside medical education and workflow driven software projects. That means I do not just build tools that look smart. I build tools that survive real pressure.
I take only five projects per month so I can stay hands on and do the work properly. I still have limited availability for March.

The cost of waiting is usually higher than the cost of fixing the system.
