I have built complex business processes with Softr, client portal, recruitment system, HRIS (Human Resource Information System), feedback system (whereby people can choose if they want to give the feedback anonymously or not), decision making platform, and also online marketplaces with two different dashboards from the supply side and the demand side. In addition to Softr, there are some tools that I use and integrate to automate business processes: - Google Sheets - Airtable - Zapier - Make.com (formerly Integromat) - Miniextensions - etc. What is important though is to know the ideal outcome and build a process towards that rather than getting stuck with tools. The core of Softr.io is a proper and structured Airtable base. I love setting up Airtable bases, tweaking and automating them so you can save your time not doing the repetitive tasks. In my experience, Airtable is very powerful if we design the bases and tables correctly.
