CenturySync Studio is an AI systems agency founded by Pierre-Olivier Carles and Steph Menoret. We have been building technology together for more than 20 years, for enterprise clients across Europe and the US.
We do not build demos or proofs of concept. We build production systems that handle real workflows, real data, and real pressure. Clients come to us when spreadsheets, generic SaaS, and half-finished apps are costing them more than they solve.
We have worked in many different industries these last 2 decades, with even more experience in 3 of them: law firms that need secure and repeatable AI operations, property and HOA management groups that depend on compliance and clarity, and consulting organizations where intake, document flow, and process accuracy protect the bottom line.
We stay small on purpose. 2 active projects at a time. Every client works directly with Pierre-Olivier on strategy and outcomes, and with Steph Menoret on architecture and engineering. No project managers in between, no teams you have never met.
