White Smile Dental

This project is a simple, all-in-one system built to help a dental clinic run smoothly without stress or complicated software.

At its core, the system brings everything the clinic needs into one secure place; patient details, appointments, treatments, payments, and service prices. Instead of juggling paper files, spreadsheets, or multiple tools, staff can log in and see exactly what they need, when they need it.

The system is built with Airtable working quietly in the background to store and organize all the data, and Softr providing an easy-to-use portal that feels clean and intuitive — even for non-technical users.

Each team member gets their own role-based workspace:

• Admins have full visibility of the clinic, including dashboards, reports, and user management.
• Receptionists can register patients, book appointments, and record payments quickly from a single screen.
• Dentists can view their schedules, access patient records, record treatments, and manage follow-ups — without seeing anything they don’t need.

Patients and staff can clearly see service pricing, making fees transparent and easy to understand. Dashboards and calendars provide a quick overview of what’s happening each day, helping the clinic stay organized and prepared.

Overall, this project turns day-to-day clinic operations into a simple, structured workflow; saving time, reducing errors, and allowing the team to focus more on patient care rather than administration.
