I design end-to-end sales management systems that streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and provide clear visibility into pipelines, leads, deals, and activities. My expertise covers creating structured applications with role-based access, dashboards, client portals, and automated workflows that connect all core CRM components, including Users, Leads, Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Activities.
I have hands-on experience setting up dynamic pages such as Sales Dashboards with KPI metrics, Lead and Deal Management pages, Activity Trackers, Company Accounts, and Client Portals. I ensure each system supports ownership and relationship mapping—linking leads, deals, contacts, activities, and users for seamless tracking and reporting.
Beyond database architecture, I implement interactive Softr features like Kanban pipelines, charts, tables, forms, and AI-assisted actions, all configured with role-based visibility (Admins, Sales Representatives, Clients) to optimize operational control and client interaction.
