Active Digital designed and built RepAI, a white-label AI-powered reputation and media intelligence platform for a public affairs advisory firm, enabling it to offer media monitoring and risk analysis as a scalable service to its clients.
The platform ingests global media coverage across news, online publications, and digital channels via the Onclusive API. Every article is automatically analysed using AI to determine sentiment, assess reputational risk, and identify emerging issues. High-risk stories are flagged for immediate attention, while AI-generated response recommendations help communications teams rapidly assess and respond to developing narratives.
RepAI includes a multi-tenant architecture, allowing the advisory firm to manage multiple client workspaces from a central administration portal. Each client receives access to a dedicated dashboard displaying live media coverage, sentiment trends, risk indicators, high-priority alerts, and reporting insights. Automated daily digests summarise key developments and surface the most important stories requiring attention.
Built on Softr, Airtable, and n8n, the platform combines workflow automation, AI-driven analysis, and client-facing reporting into a single operational system. Screenshots and demonstrations use test data only.
