The system continuously monitors global media coverage, ingests news and commentary through the Onclusive media intelligence API, and automatically analyses each story for sentiment, reputational impact, and risk. Using AI, the platform generates recommended response strategies and draft communications, enabling consultants to rapidly assess emerging issues and advise clients on appropriate action. The platform supports multiple client organisations within a single environment, providing segregated data, reporting, and monitoring workflows for each account. Built on Softr and Airtable, with integrations to the Onclusive media API, the platform streamlines media monitoring, reputation analysis, and crisis response management into a single operational system.

The platform ingests global media coverage across news, online publications, and digital channels via the Onclusive API. Every article is automatically analysed using AI to determine sentiment, assess reputational risk, and identify emerging issues. High-risk stories are flagged for immediate attention, while AI-generated response recommendations help communications teams rapidly assess and respond to developing narratives.
RepAI includes a multi-tenant architecture, allowing the advisory firm to manage multiple client workspaces from a central administration portal. Each client receives access to a dedicated dashboard displaying live media coverage, sentiment trends, risk indicators, high-priority alerts, and reporting insights. Automated daily digests summarise key developments and surface the most important stories requiring attention.
