More than a marketplace—Renady is a complete system for managing renovations, built for both homeowners and contractors.

Renady provides a tailored onboarding experience for both sides of the project.
Homeowners can:
- Easily create a new renovation project, powered by the Google Workspace API.
- Receive a unique share link for the project, which can be sent to contractors (existing users or new to the platform).
Contractors can:
- Sign up and submit their bids using the share link.
All contractor bids are reviewed by the Renady super admin team before being published to the homeowner’s dashboard. Bids are presented in a clear, easy-to-compare format, allowing homeowners to compare milestones and pricing.
Once a bid is accepted, the project moves into the renovation management phase. This stage uses the Stripe API, allowing homeowners to fund the entire project or specific milestones. Funds are held in the Renady account as an escrow system. Contractors can view funding status from their dashboard, and payments are released only after each milestone is reviewed and approved by the homeowner.
