Project Overview: Conducted a comprehensive technical audit and remediation of a critical Softr-based client portal used by clients managing complex Italian citizenship (Jure Sanguinis) and visa applications. The client required a solution to correct severe, application-wide database mapping issues and inconsistencies that resulted in broken workflows and 'dead links.'
Challenge & Solution: I prioritized gaining full familiarity with the platform’s intricate database structure and role-based data visibility logic. This deep dive enabled precise field remapping and the strategic placement of conditional logic throughout the Softr interface. The result was the restoration of 100% workflow functionality, elimination of all discrepancies, and complete stabilization of the application while ensuring client data integrity and permissions compliance.
