Podspace is a management training business that runs cohort-based leadership programmes for corporate clients. We built them a client portal where HR and L&D managers log in to see in real time who is attending, how learners are progressing, and whether the training is actually making a difference on the job.
The impact side of the portal is where the real work lives. We derived all meaningful metrics from raw survey responses collected at multiple points across each programme. That includes the percentage of learners who improved their confidence and capability scores from pre to post-programme, average Likert ratings before and after on a one to five scale, and observed behaviour change data gathered three months later. Results are also broken down by business function, giving clients a clear view of where the training is landing and where it is not.
