Personal System (Powered by Claude)
A personal OS that turns conversations with Claude into a living Gantt, bookshelf, travel map, and a daily quote from my own lessons — no data entry, ever.
From the partner
Most personal productivity systems die the same death: they need feeding, and life is too busy to feed them. I built mine so it feeds itself.
The portal runs everything from one database.
A Gantt chart holds the plans — client projects, uni semesters, trips, deadlines — so I can see the year as a shape, not a list. Bills carry their amounts and frequencies.
Every book I read lands on a shelf with a one-line takeaway.
Every country I've visited fills in on a world map, counted live.
And each morning the portal greets me with a quote — not from a famous stranger, but from my own record: lessons I've written down after hard weeks, quoted back to me with the evidence attached, on the mornings I need reminding who I am.
What makes it work is how the data arrives. There are no forms and no admin nights. Claude carries my world into every conversation — my categories, my projects, my way of filing things. So when I mention a booked flight, it becomes a bar on the timeline.
When I finish a book, the shelf updates. When I work through something difficult and name what I learned, that lesson is filed — and eventually it's the quote waiting at login.
The result is a system that's always current because keeping it current isn't a task. I live, I talk about it, and the OS remembers. The mornings do the rest.
