Skobel School Uniforms needed a simple yet powerful internal portal to manage and track customer orders across multiple store locations. Their existing systems — Airtable (CRM & inventory) and ShipStation (fulfillment) — were disconnected, leading to manual work and lack of visibility.
Using Softr, I built an order management portal tailored for their internal team. It featured:
🔐 Secure employee sign-in (no self-sign-up)
📦 Real-time sync with Airtable to view and update orders
🏷️ Detailed order view with product images, SKUs, and fulfillment status
🔄 Built-in actions to update, substitute, or fulfill products
🏬 Branch-level dashboards filtered by store location
🔍 Smart search by order number, SKU, or product name
