Multi-Role Staff Portal for a Multi-Campus Tutoring Company

310TUTORS ran on four disconnected tools. Leads lived on a Monday board, enrolment came through Jotform, follow-up emails fired from Make.com, and nothing joined them. Nobody could answer which enquiry a client came from without searching by email.

I built a single portal on Softr using custom React blocks, with role-based access for six staff types: administrators, clinical directors, campus directors, coordinators, instructors and HR. Every screen scopes to what that person should see, from a campus director's roster down to an instructor's own assigned students.

The build covers a kanban CRM pipeline with drag-and-drop stage changes, one-click templated emails with editable previews and attachments, and automated day-3 and day-7 follow-ups. On the instructional side, campus directors assemble plans from a shared resource library, and each plan generates its 24 sessions automatically for instructors to report against.

I also migrated the Monday data, reconstructing relationships that never existed there. Their boards had exactly one real link between them; the portal now connects leads to clients, staff to campuses, and students to their instruction.
