Multi-Role Bidding Marketplace with Stripe Payments & Automated Workflows
Built a property bidding marketplace in Softr with Airtable as the backend, supporting self-registration for both bidders and sellers with distinct roles, plus a separate admin dashboard for oversight. Sellers list properties and manage listings; bidders create profiles and place bids in real time. Integrated Stripe for secure payment handling and used Make to automate the bidding workflow — status updates, notifications, and record syncing — end to end.

Designed and built a full bidding marketplace platform using Softr for the front end and Airtable as the relational backend. The platform supports three distinct user roles — bidders, sellers, and admins — each with self-serve registration and a tailored dashboard. Sellers can list properties with full details and media; bidders create a profile and place bids directly on active listings; admins get a control panel to oversee users, listings, and bid activity. Stripe was integrated for secure payment processing on winning bids, and Make automations handle the operational layer — triggering notifications, updating bid/listing statuses, and keeping records in sync across the system without manual intervention.
