MonaliHealth is a comprehensive client portal designed specifically for a personal trainer to streamline the onboarding process, manage clients, prescribe tailored training programs, and track progress efficiently.
Leveraging my experience as an ex-fitness industry coach, I designed MonaliHealth to address key challenges faced by personal trainers. The platform simplifies the physical-readiness screening process, a crucial industry-standard protocol. The trainer can now access and manage clients' readiness information through a clean, intuitive dashboard, providing better oversight and faster decision-making.
Key Features:
- Client Booking: Clients can book initial consultations or training sessions through embedded calendars, making scheduling seamless.
- Program Assignment: The trainer can assign custom workout programs to clients with just a click, simplifying workload.
- Client Portal: Clients have their own login and can access their workout plans, update physical readiness info (for example, medical clearance certificates), and track their progress.
- Workout Tracking: Clients can log workout notes, mark workouts as complete, and view their next scheduled workout. The design ensures seamless user experience, with clear navigation between past, current, and future sessions.
MonaliHealth stands out as one of my most technical and rewarding projects. With thoughtful design and advanced scripting, it enhances the user experience for both the trainer and clients, allowing the trainer to focus more on clients rather than administrative tasks.
