For MÜNZ, a company specializing in the handling and collection of iron and steel, we developed a tailored intranet and knowledge management solution to support both operational efficiency and workforce collaboration.
The platform integrates a secure digital document signing system, ensuring that employees can sign, track, and manage essential work-related agreements seamlessly. In addition, a knowledge base was created to centralize detailed information on the different materials MÜTZ works with, giving employees easy access to specifications, standards, and best practices.
To foster stronger communication, the system includes a dedicated intranet environment where staff can share updates, exchange information, and collaborate in real time. This combination of features not only enhances transparency and efficiency but also strengthens internal alignment within the company’s operations.
