Kimball Studio — Acting School Member Portal
A Softr + Airtable member portal built for Kimball Studio, an acting school, giving students and staff a centralized system to manage memberships, class info, and studio communication.

Kimball Studio is an acting school offering classes, workshops, and coaching to students of varying experience levels. Before this project, the studio managed memberships, enrollment, and communication manually — a process that didn't scale well as the student base grew.
I designed and built a custom member portal using Softr and Airtable to centralize the studio's operations. The portal gives students a self-serve login to view their class schedule, membership status, and studio announcements, while staff get a back-end view to manage enrollments, track member activity, and update class offerings — all without touching code.
The Airtable base was structured to keep member records, class data, and studio content modular and easy to maintain, so the studio can add new classes or update information themselves going forward. The result is a lightweight, no-code system that replaced manual tracking with a single source of truth for both students and staff.
