This project is a full inventory management system designed to replace manual stock tracking with a scalable, automated solution. The backend is built on Airtable with six linked tables — Products, Suppliers, Stock Movements, Orders, Purchases, and Staff — connected through relational links and formula fields that automatically calculate stock status (Low Stock / In Stock) based on reorder thresholds.
The Softr web app provides a clean, role-based interface for three user types: Admin (full access), Manager (stock and reporting), and Staff (limited to movements). The app features a real-time dashboard with KPI metrics for total products, low-stock alerts, and total orders, alongside dedicated pages for managing products, stock movements, orders, purchases, and suppliers.
Every stock transaction is logged in the Stock Movements table, giving full auditability across the supply chain. Product detail pages show linked movement history, orders, and purchases in one view. Forms are available for adding products, recording stock in/out, creating orders, and logging purchases — all syncing live with the Airtable backend.
The result is a production-ready operations tool that gives businesses complete visibility into their inventory in real time
