Our sales toolkit is designed to give prospective clients an engaging introduction to what we do by bringing together our company profile, team insights, and proposal frameworks in a single interactive experience, while serving as a reusable, consistent foundation that makes it easy to tailor proposal for each client.
From the partner
FFWD has developed a set of playbooks designed for organisations that are scaling or rapidly testing new concepts. These playbooks focus on improving how knowledge is shared and how processes are standardised across the business.
Within each playbook are "toolkits"; smaller, outcome-focused components designed to support specific use cases.
This particular toolkit is designed to support our own sales process, specifically when responding to Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), or pitches.
It serves two key purposes:
Internal efficiency
Team members simply copy the toolkit when preparing a proposal
They only need to update the Cover Letter and Proposal sections
Everything else (team profiles, company information, frameworks, design) is already in place and up to dateExternal clarity for clients
The toolkit acts as a pre-read for prospective clients
New stakeholders can explore it ahead of discussions to understand who we are, how we work, and our approach

Unlike a slide deck, the toolkit is built as a structured web experience (via Softr + Airtable), which means:
Content is always current and consistent across proposals
Design elements (layout, spacing, alignment) are pre-built and standardised, saving time that would have went to designing slides.
It can accommodate richer, more interactive content, which reduces the need for multiple links to resources
It provides a more explorable and self-serve engaging experience for prospective clients
