Hospitality staffing runs on last-minute gaps a venue is short a bartender for Saturday night, and the usual fix is a group chat, a few phone calls, and hoping someone's free. On the worker's side, it's the opposite problem: picking up shifts means chasing managers instead of just seeing what's open.

We built Talenta to close that gap from both directions.

Hospitality workers create a verified profile once — roles, experience, availability — and from there they can see and claim open shifts at real venues. Venues get a pool of vetted, available staff they can book directly, without the group chat.

It includes:

Built on Softr with Airtable as the backend, Talenta turns "who's free tonight" from a scramble into a shift someone can just claim.
