GYB Media, a creative agency, needed a better way to keep clients informed about ongoing projects and gather feedback on creative work. Previously, communication and revisions were handled through long email threads and scattered file sharing tools, which made it difficult to track feedback, manage revisions, and maintain a clear record of client approvals.
We built a client portal using Softr connected to Monday as the backend database to centralize communication between the agency and its clients. Each client receives secure login access to their own portal where they can view the status of their projects, access deliverables, and review updates from the agency.
