Client Portal to manage multi layer client management

CA Ellis & Associates needed a secure portal where the providers they support could access information related to their organization and the individuals they serve. Previously, this process relied heavily on email, spreadsheets, and large volumes of paperwork for compliance documentation, which created significant administrative overhead as the number of providers grew.
We built a provider portal using Softr connected to Airtable as the backend database. Each provider can securely log in and view information specific to their organization, including their provider profile and all individuals assigned to them as clients. Record level permissions ensure that each provider only sees their own data and the individuals associated with their organization.
In addition to viewing data, providers can submit required information and documentation directly through the portal. This replaced a large amount of manual paperwork and email based submissions that the CA Ellis team previously had to track and organize for compliance purposes.
