Agency HQ and client portal with an AI assistant

Nocodeo is a French no-code and AI agency. QG Nocodeo ("HQ") is the system the agency itself runs on, and the portal our clients log into. We built it on Softr, with Supabase as the single source of truth, to work like a much larger team without adding overhead.

ONE APP FOR THE TEAM
Prospecting CRM with daily task lists, pipeline and follow-up sequences; proposals and quotes; e-signature with DocuSign; invoices and payment schedules; projects run in seven phases with checklists, deliverables and time tracking; tickets; and a cockpit with the week's key figures. Seven user groups, from admin to freelance prospector, each with their own home page.

A SEPARATE PORTAL FOR CLIENTS
Each client sees their project step by step, approves phases and deliverables (with comments pinned directly on screens and PDF pages), sends requests, accepts quotes for improvements, follows payments and finds their contract and invoices. Every client only ever sees their own data.

OTTO, THE AI ASSISTANT THAT SPEEDS UP THE TEAM
Otto, our octopus mascot, takes care of the groundwork so the team can spend its time on analysis, decisions and quality. It prepares call briefs from the history, with a source for every line; drafts a first version of each proposal limited to our real catalogue; and cleans up client requests (steps, priority, estimate) so the project manager can qualify them faster. For simple fixes it prepares a first draft, which a developer reviews, tests and approves before anything goes live. Every decision stays human.

AUTOMATIONS THAT REMOVE RE-TYPING
A signed quote creates the project, the payment schedule and the first invoice without anyone retyping it. Payment reminders, onboarding reminders and a Friday progress update to every client go out on their own, and never twice.

BUILT LIKE A SOFTWARE PRODUCT
All business logic lives in the database, versioned and tested: 173 database migrations, 146 automated test files replayed on every change, 32 custom Softr blocks written in Git first, and 32 documented architecture decisions. Access rights are defined for every piece of data and every action and enforced on the server.

RESULTS
Leads, proposals, projects, payments and client requests now live in one place. Clients follow their project without having to ask, approve each step in their portal and see when an improvement goes live. And the team spends its time on the work that matters.
