THE BOARD is a collective of senior experts who have helped build and scale some of the most recognized brands in the world. As its membership grew, the tools supporting operations weren't keeping up. There was a member directory and community app, but neither was branded or flexible enough to reflect THE BOARD's evolving needs. Client tracking happened in a separate CRM, and intake forms were spread across platforms and systems.

The new platform powers two distinct experiences: On the community side, members log in to a fully branded digital home base, where they can browse the member directory, explore fractional opportunity postings, and access events.
On the operations side, the team navigates a private dashboard within the same system. User groups and permissions ensure each audience sees only what they need.

Because Softr is continuously evolving, the team grew alongside the platform. As new features launched, the team could put them to use right away without rebuilding from scratch (like adding Ask AI to the member directory to make search easier).
