I have been a designer for over a decade, and in 2021 I decided to take a new path that led me into the world of no-code development. It turned out to be one of the best moves I could have made. It not only added new skills to my toolkit but also opened up fresh ways to create and solve problems.
My design background gave me a solid foundation to build on when I started exploring no-code. I joined a Canadian tech recruiting company that was working on a platform to connect talent with companies, and that is where I first discovered Softr and Airtable. Those two tools quickly became my go-to resources and shaped the next chapter of my career.
Since then, I have worked at a company fully focused on no-code solutions, mostly with Airtable and Softr, which let me dive into all kinds of projects. I have had the chance to collaborate with clients in different industries, from associations to travel and media agencies, even manufacturing companies, and each project taught me something new about adapting no-code to different needs.
On top of that, I have kept freelancing, working with design agencies, non-profits, and retail businesses. That side of things really helped me stay versatile and creative, tailoring solutions for very different contexts.
Looking ahead, I am excited to keep building on this path and using no-code to push projects forward and bring ideas to life.
