The primary goal was to bridge the gap between the two regions, enabling talents to present their skills in a standardized North American CV format, ensuring better compatibility and familiarity for hiring companies. Additionally, the platform should facilitate the discovery of exciting opportunities for talents while empowering companies to find top-notch developers. Moreover, the platform should serve as a valuable resource hub, offering job-seeking tips, industry insights, skill development courses, tech conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the overall experience for both talents and companies.

• Back-end with Airtable as a powerful and flexible back-end database solution to manage a comprehensive talent pool database with complex candidate information, including stacks, skills, experience and preferences.

• Front-end with Softr to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface for both talents and companies.

• User authentication and permissions with Softr's user session functionality to enable talents and companies to register and log in securely. Implemented Softr user permissions to display different features and information based on user roles, providing appropriate access for talents and companies.

• Talent listings with Softr lists to showcase talent profiles with applicable filters, allowing companies to easily find the most suitable candidates and talents to discover exciting opportunities.

• Resource library with Softr lists with applicable filters to ensure easy access to relevant and tailored information.

• Airtable automations to streamline platform activities, including notifications for new matches and messages, automated welcome emails for new users, talent interest notifications, and periodic newsletters and updates to enhance engagement and communication.

• Fillout forms to efficiently gather comprehensive candidate information, enabling talents to create their North American CV profiles with ease and accuracy.

• Softr integrations to enhance the platform's functionality and user experience such as Weglot for multilingual support, Crisp Chat for real-time communication and support for users, and Google Analytics to track user activity and gather valuable insights.
