The automated workflow is simple and efficient:

An advisor triggers a video request for a client in the Softr UI.

This action updates a record in our Airtable backend.

Skyvia detects the change, pulls the necessary personalization data from Airtable, and sends it to the HeyGen API.

HeyGen generates the unique video and returns a URL.

Skyvia writes this URL back into Airtable, making the video instantly available for the client in their Softr portal.

This integrated system allows us to programmatically deliver thousands of unique videos, providing a scalable solution for personalized client engagement.
