Co-created with young people, DABBBLE champions access to creative work experience. We're on a mission to raise aspirations, forge collaborative partnerships, and foreground young creators as role models to young people aged 16-25.

DABBBLE is a dynamic platform designed by young people, for young people. We understand how challenging it can be to discover relevant work experience, and how traditional work experience isn't always accessible or inspiring. That's why we've created "worktasters" – short, engaging opportunities to explore various creative industries.
Very few young people have the connections, confidence and know-how to find and gain valuable work experience in the creative industries. Realising this problem was not just confined to East Sussex, a collaboration of organisations set about opening up access through a series of projects that included Eastbourne Alive, the campaign around the 2023 Turner Prize where we created 100 opportunities for young people to get involved. Many young people enjoyed the experiences, made connections and relationships and found paid work as a result.
