"Archive Franchise Network required a centralized CRM system to align its distributed franchise operations and sales processes. The project involved designing and implementing a two-role portal—Sales Admin and Sales User—connected directly to the organization’s Monday.com instance.
Using Softr as the front-end and Monday.com as the data source, the solution provided intuitive dashboards for tracking opportunities, managing leads, and analyzing performance. Automated workflows ensured that data remained synchronized in real time, reducing manual input and improving reporting accuracy.
The CRM also featured login-based access, role-specific permissions, and visual dashboards, allowing Sales Admins to oversee all activities while Sales Users could manage their pipelines independently. The integration laid the groundwork for future expansion into additional user roles and process automations across the franchise network."
