VORSA Property Vendors

VORSA Property Vendors (also known as VORSA Pro) gives contractors and service providers their own dedicated portal, scoped to exactly the work assigned to them. Vendors log in and see only the jobs they've been assigned, update status as work progresses, and submit invoices directly through the portal.

Every update a vendor makes writes back into VORSA's central Softr Database — the same system used by property managers, owners, and tenants — so job status and invoicing stay reconciled automatically, without manual follow-up. Because the platform is built on Softr, the Vendors portal connects to Claude through Softr MCP, for example to summarize job history or flag overdue work, and integrates with thousands of other apps through Softr Workflows and the Softr API, including invoicing tools, payment platforms, and scheduling software.
