VORSA Property Tenants is a self-service portal that gives residents a simple, modern way to manage their tenancy — paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and accessing lease documents — without needing to call the office. It's built to handle the routine, predictable requests that make up a large share of a property management team's daily workload.

Every action a tenant takes in the portal — a rent payment, a maintenance request, a document download — is written directly into VORSA's shared Softr Database, making it instantly visible to the property management team and, where relevant, routed on to the right vendor. Because the platform runs on Softr, the Tenants Portal also connects to Claude through Softr MCP, for example to help triage or summarize incoming maintenance requests, and integrates with thousands of other apps through Softr Workflows and the Softr API, including payment processors, notification tools, and e-signature platforms for lease renewals.
