VORSA Property Owners is a dedicated portal that gives property owners real-time, transparent visibility into how their investments are performing. Each owner logs into their own secure portal and sees exactly what they own: occupancy, rent collections, outstanding balances, and a live library of leases, statements, and inspection reports — updated automatically, without a manual status report from their property manager.

The Owners Portal is powered by the same underlying Softr Database as the rest of the VORSA platform, so owners always see the same live numbers the property management team is working from. It's built on Softr, which means it shares the same flexibility as the rest of the suite: it can be connected to Claude through Softr MCP to generate AI-assisted summaries and insights, and it integrates with thousands of other apps through Softr Workflows and the Softr API — for example, syncing owner statements to accounting tools or triggering notifications through a communication platform.
