The Park Autoz client portal digitizes and simplifies the full car import process, giving both customers and admin a seamless, professional platform to manage transactions and documents. Customers can submit their car requirements, receive login credentials, and access all related data — including car details, inspection videos, purchase agreements, invoices, and shipping documents. Admin users can upload key files, manage customer requests, and calculate profit margins using built-in Airtable logic.
The system includes secure document sharing, email notifications, and a mobile-optimized interface under Park Autoz’s own domain and branding. Phase 2 will enhance the portal with WhatsApp notifications (Twilio integration), DocuSign for digital signing, and automated agreement generation. The platform also supports future Arabic translation for bilingual accessibility. Built on Softr + Airtable, the solution ensures scalability, data security, and professional presentation aligned with Park Autoz’s premium brand image.
